Here at Pig Row we are both home cooks. No one can ever say that we don't like food, you only have to see us at Sunday lunch to see our glee. When we got to cook chicken on our solid fuel range cooker earlier in the week, we sat there watching the oven rather than the television and the chicken? It was sticky, tender and beautiful; it was unlike any chicken we have eaten before. As we get use to our new way of cooking we want to share with you some of the best of our meals from 2012.
