...Let's do our bit to remember warmer days. It may be spring, it may be unseasonably cold but there comes a time in everyone's life when you have to say, 'Bugger it'. We can't afford to fly out to warmer climes, for a starter most of the airports are closed and those that are opened most of the staff can't get into work them. That means you could be on a plane to Crete (not Cyprus as the recent news exposure will kill them as a tourism spot, poor devils) but your pilot could be called Tony and up to thirty minutes ago he was scraping gunk out of an ice cream maker in the food hall. So, let's puff out our chests out, wheeze a little from the cold and remember that there are warm days, lazy picnics, cold beer on hot days, bumble bees, butterflies and flowers. That when this country is sunny it is glorious and that we can all dream, just like Tony the gunk cleaner, of doing better, being better and growing better. Here are some photos from a glorious summer at Pig Row, and some old ones from Drovers too to remind you, there is a sun. Spread the word, spread the faith and share your sunny photos on our Facebook Page. It may be cold enough outside for witches to reach for hotwater bottles but inside we're all putting straw hats and t-shirts on.
More photos this way to make you smile and think warm thoughts.
